Spent the last few weeks writing chunks of our Carnegie Reclassification for Community Engagement. It is emotional to see all the good we’ve accomplished, all while anticipating the dismantling of that work in weeks, months, and years to come. I cried more than once.

Why are the dems scrambling? Why aren’t they unified? Like they didn’t know what was coming.

They should have been figuring this shit out for the past 4.5 years— and especially since Project 2025 dropped. This is so embarrassing and infuriating.

Civil service positions are going unfilled across the board. I’m wondering why (pre-D*GE, anyway). Our campus facilities operations, powered by civil service employees, are also down by ~30% and is a major reason our campus has been remote since Friday due to snow.

Education Department employees have been placed on leave for attending diversity training. Meanwhile, Republicans have introduced a bill to eliminate the Department of Education.

My kids go to Title I schools; two of my programs at work are funded by this grant. Many kids depend on Title I to receive two square meals a day. All of of my kids have either IEPs or 504 plans. This will be devastating.
