In a PubMed search for classic papers implicating the dorsal hippocampus in age-related memory decline (terms: dorsal hippocampus aging memory), I ordered the 222 results to start with the oldest. Yes, I still do mess up after nearly 15 years in Central time. But I love the fact that I can watch SNL at a civilized time and see the end of big events like the Oscars and Olympics without being bleary eyed the next day!
