Trump signed an executive order eight days ago freezing the hiring of air traffic controllers.

99% of air traffic control sites are understaffed—after a 10% decline over the last 10 years. Trump’s freeze, and his efforts to fire federal employees, is making matters much worse.

ICYMI: Trump's chaotic and illegal funding "freeze" had real-world consequences for 583 Head Start families in SW Michigan, and tens of thousands of our friends and neighbors around the state. This is irresponsible and dangerous.
