Policy??? The US President caused the spike in oil prices by deciding on his own to go to war with Iran, bomb the Country, and kill its leaders and people. "Policy" is far too kind of a word for war, death and destruction.

The kindness of strangers: On the plane I was overwhelmed with grief, then a passenger let me rest my head on his shoulder I was leaving behind my friends and family and contending with the loss of my beloved dad. When I boarded, I really fell apart

Once on a DC Metro train, a young woman rested her head on our GWU undergraduate/gentleman son's shoulder. He stayed with her until the end of the line. When it was time to get off the train, he learned she'd quietly passed while resting her head on his shoulder.
