ㅤHer words didn't fall on deaf ears. With widened eyes and an overall panicked state, he seized Mikan by the shoulders, jolting her.

ㅤAs an oversight, he didn't realize she said it was only a possibility.

ㅤPouting… he knew that. It was the most obvious solution, but he was stubborn on certain things, and being barefoot was one of them. It helped building hard as rock calluses to avoid casual injuries, but not cold ones.

"No like shoes, too tight and restricting, makes it hard for Gonta to walk."

ㅤGetting up from his seat, he dragged Souda along, briefly suspending him in the air. Chuckling, Gonta returned the hug, holding him off the ground.

ㅤPushing his glasses up, he rubbed his eye while giving a resigned head shake. He was ashamed of himself for passing out, failing to look out for Souda.
