I used to think Mark Manson was a funny foul-mouthed dude who gave mediocre advice but his books are pretty damn decent.
Sweet mother of shit, this funny foul-mouthed dude wrote a well researched book that explains WHY everything seems to be getting worse as science and technology should be improving things, and I think he hits the center of the dartboard. My mind was blown an average of about once every 6 pages.

The thing I admired the most about Tom Lehrer was his integrity. Not only did he have the good sense to quit music as a career halfway through his life but he also donated all his work to the public domain. I spent this past winter listening to it all. RIP and thanks for letting me steal your stuff.

Of all the unconventional psychological treatments out there perhaps the one hill I'd die on would be acupuncture, and the neat thing about it is you don't need to hire a professional with pins, you can just tap on the various meridians with your fingers to release bad energy.
