Just another day at the office...

It's down to 10 days until my next oral argument. It will stream live, here (www.ca9.uscourts.gov/media/live-o...) unless cancelled at the last minute.

I don't know yet whether I'll be giving up Zuckbook. I "know" a lot of people there that I've never met anywhere else.

And I've often said I really don't want to adopt more social media feeds - and that's still true. There's only so many of them I can actively monitor or use.

But I guess I'll try.
