That young woman developed a devotion to the gods, as well as a friendship with the guard, considering him almost a brother, telling him about her readings, dreams and hopes; talking, laughing and crying at his side, managing to understand him even in his silences and lack of expressions.

Once a Pangoro, the expressionless guard lived with the sole motive of following the orders of his masters. Although he only cared about protecting the young woman, who had been caged in that house, where she could only enjoy reading and socializing with the servants.
