Today was our Legoland pass holder sneak preview of their new space themed area, and the Galacticoaster. It’s sort of like if Space Mountain used the flying bookshelves from the WWoHP Forbidden Journey. Unexpectedly fast for that parks offerings, I look forward to riding it again.

The adults and their military kids were stoked. I was living in a hotel outside of Shepard AFB because my ex was finishing up his tech school, post basic, when the towers fell.
All of the new recruits that I knew were AMPED after Bush said “evil doers” in his Saturday morning superhero speech.

Can relate, same thing for me working the turnstiles at Universal. I’d scan a pass, see the name and think ‘huh, they spell it just like ___’ wave them thru and THEN it would hit me.

It absolutely will help with reading. My eldest learned by playing Pokémon with me. Then she was on to chapter books before 1st grade.

There was a dad in line ahead of us before a concert with a pair, showing them off to his kid. The urge to snap them was real, but I didn’t want to get kick from the concert either.

This was a fun time. Made it a point to see it in the theatrical run because we need more Gore Verbinski.
But dude next to us sat thru the end credits watching videos loudly on his phone. If ever a story’s message wasn’t received by anyone, it was this fucking weirdo.

I’m just getting to bed but now I see they arrested Prince Andrew. How am I supposed to fall asleep now?! This is amazing, like I knew something big was in the works when he was striped of his title, but I never thought they’d arrest him, let alone on his birthday!
