Busy ticket buying day. First Gorillaz in October and then the Knights of Guinevere panel later this month.
Both were nightmares to navigate, but tickets in hand is what matters at the end of the day.

That’s what I just bought.
It might be now, but it kept saying ‘unavailable’ until I lucked out.
Other events have actually said sold out instead of unavailable when they are gone.

I was there on the dot, had a ticket, went to pay and got booted. Took a good 8 minutes to get back in where tickets were available again only to be booted 2 more times. Then secured after several more refreshes

Floor tix for Gorillaz at the Kia Forum have been secured!
It took 44 minutes to get thru 378 people in my queue. That’s usually the time it takes for 3,000+ ahead.

Tax refund dropped just in time for Gorillaz presale tickets release.

Is this the year, I finally get to see them?! They are one of my few bucket list bands left to see. Good vibes only folks, I need the extra good seats.

Today was our Legoland pass holder sneak preview of their new space themed area, and the Galacticoaster. It’s sort of like if Space Mountain used the flying bookshelves from the WWoHP Forbidden Journey. Unexpectedly fast for that parks offerings, I look forward to riding it again.

The adults and their military kids were stoked. I was living in a hotel outside of Shepard AFB because my ex was finishing up his tech school, post basic, when the towers fell.
All of the new recruits that I knew were AMPED after Bush said “evil doers” in his Saturday morning superhero speech.

Can relate, same thing for me working the turnstiles at Universal. I’d scan a pass, see the name and think ‘huh, they spell it just like ___’ wave them thru and THEN it would hit me.

It absolutely will help with reading. My eldest learned by playing Pokémon with me. Then she was on to chapter books before 1st grade.

I told him I much rather sir to mam but I am neither & explained how I’m non binary.

There was a dad in line ahead of us before a concert with a pair, showing them off to his kid. The urge to snap them was real, but I didn’t want to get kick from the concert either.

If it’s using infra red, there are lens coatings out there to block it. I recently ordered a pair from Zenni and added the ID Guard for a ‘why the fuck not’ purchase upgrade.
