An older woman with long white hair and a red dress stands beside a young person wearing headphones and a striped shirt. They appear to be inside a museum, looking up with interest. The woman has a hand gently resting on the young person’s shoulder, and a large animal display is partially visible behind glass.

Leaving bags beside clothing banks might feel like a kind gesture - but it's actually fly tipping.

Even one bag on the ground is illegal and can quickly lead to more mess. If a bank’s full, please don’t leave items beside it.
