Also there are others who dont do much of toutarials but observing them could help a lot too,

Sam dose art has amazing art and also gives lotof tips and at last, i recently found hardy fowlers art academy channel and that guy has trully amazing art and explains things really well

excaliblader- dose in depth brakedown of anatomy and perspective, draw like sir- has simmilar topics with other art tips, pikat- she also has few toutarials and explains things well

I usually find art videos on youtube there are some amazing artists who know how to explain things well.
