Almost 7 months smoke free, even got 15 pounds dropped. The nicotine addiction hook is always there and it can have a strong hold, however staying away and keeping active does certainly help.

As a soon to be retired Canadian, that had extensive travel plans to see California, Arizona etc, will now be visiting the UK and EU, to spend out $$$.

I totally agree with you. I am a very proud Canadian , I have lost family members in wars so we can have a better and free country. We are known as a very tolerant and peaceful, respectful country and people however we do have limitations. Great post!
