Lysithea's power comes at quite the cost. Her crests take a lot out of her. It would be such a shame to lose such a talent. Luckily, we have a method in mind of dealing with her little problem.1/3

Faith is a beautiful redheaded mage who had power that we could make use of. Her initial capture went well with her wards quickly being dispelled and her mind being scrambled enough to get her back to our base of operations. 1/5

Poor Melia is learning that first hand. When the mask went on, she was a respected leader of her people. A few hours later, when the mask was finally removed, Melia's mind had been drained away. What could the purpose of this device have been? Further testing may be required. 4/4

I assume Melia realized her mind wasn't feeling right at some point. That didn't last long though as her thoughts were quickly twisted up into a swirl. We can't tell for sure how she is doing under that mask, but its safe to say she is feeling the full effects now. 3/4

Some of the ancient High Entia masks have other properties than just being ornamental. Melia is about to learn that first hand. Though, she probably is a bit distracted by the rest of the set up for now. 2/4

The plan was to make Evelyn into a new recruiter for us, but I think Victoria might have gotten a little carried away. A quick glance at Evelyn's new spiral eyes, and you can tell she just isn't herself anymore.

I think that Evelyn was starting to get an idea what is about to happen to her. Unfortunately, a few seconds after that, Victoria got to work ridding any ideas or thoughts from Evelyn's mind. 2/4

We decided that it might be better to add a second layer of conditioning that keeps her more zealous tendencies subdued during the time we want her to be working. Of course, that leaves her a bit of a blank slate. 3/4
