@britishcycling.org.uk field a team with mixed experience but lots of potential. 2 world champions and all 6 are or have been national champions. They will face stiff opposition from Belgium, hosts France and Canada. Great way to bring young talent through

GBCT @britishcycling.org.uk will be taking 10 riders to Hulst and Zonhoven over this weekend of cyclo-cross World Cup races, in the Junior and U23 categories according to the startlists

I had to nick the women's results from @cyclocross24.bsky.social as I can't find the original sheet. Again, many still racing including an 18 year old Laura Verdonschot

It's just over 10 years since the first cyclo-cross World Cup outside of mainland Europe took place in Milton Keynes, England.
This is the men's results.. some still racing, some commentating, some coaching.

There was a WC in Milton Keynes and there were plans to bring it back to UK, possibly Crystal Palace, London, where the World Champs were held in 11973. That has all died down though. Not heard any rumours about it for a year now

As predicted, Tom Pidcock not racing any cyclocross this year. Saying he want to get to know the team but it's probably as much to avoid the circus of questions about everything. Let the dust settle and then come back

We should have news on who GB Cycling Team is taking to Hulst and Zonhoven this weekend. No GB at Namur as the junior races were not WC.
GBR riders that did race Namur: Anna Kay (25th), Xan Crees (DNF), Zoe Backstedt (9th), Cat Ferguson (28th), Thomas Mein (13th) which has to be the stand out ride

He's not doing any cx

So a 3 week cyclocross season for him.
