Its a real shame to see people reviewing grants for early career scientists using a 'lack' of pubs in 10% journals as a lack of expertise. Journals dont equal quality, especially not for ECRs who often dont get to decide on where publications are going. Frustrating.

Hopeful that I can find all the great scientists I followed on Twitter... is there a tool to help do that?
