Because I post about all sorts of random things, including both US and UK politics I do sometimes specify if it might be ambiguous. It's not usually needed though.

Coffee bags, one is Tom of Finland with a Tom of Finland image on it. The other is Moomin with a Moomin leaning on a blueberry. More details: in the photograph of two "Art Roast" coffee bags on the shelf of a store with prices in euros. One of the bags is large and black and says HEAVY DUTY dark roast coffee beans, exclusive blend by Robert [I can't read it, it's in script]. The other is blue and says Blueberry coffee.

A lot of the big time QBs don't run it, they get the backup or someone else (eg a TE) to run it.

Would need a lot of schedule fuckery, and probably expansion to 40 teams to make the schedules make sense. Neither of which will happen.

My gut feeling is that they should have them keep the ball, but have it come back to the 20 (or the spot of the fumble if that's outside the 20). Maybe they should keep the current rule in the last 2 minutes or something.

He stayed in Parliament until the 2001 election. Apparently him and Benn were the last MPs to have served while George VI was king.

Not that this is a new thing (see the Babysitters Club fandom more or less unanimously saying that Kristy is gay).

I kinda like it when an online community inexplicably declares a fictional character as one of theirs seemingly at random. Rosalina from Mario Galaxy is transfem and Piccolo from Dragonball Z is black. Sorry, I don’t make the rules.

Traditional mixed media painting showing a forest scene. There's a stream in the middle, with a fallen tree trunk acting as a bridge over it, with Pikachu and Eevee running through it, and Charmander clinging to the trunk behind them. In front of them, Bulbasaur stands on a rock in the stream, with Squirtle splashing around in the water, the two enjoying themselves. Various bug Pokemon can be seen in the distance: Weedle, Kakuna and Caterpie on trees, and two Butterfree flying around.

Many adventures still await! 🌱✨

30 years ago on this day, we both started our journeys. Happy Birthday to Pokemon and I!

Zack Polanski gets under the skin of exactly the right people The Green leader has yet to advance workable, deeply thought through solutions to Britain’s biggest problemsβ€”but nor has Reform

Zack Polanski supporters are not deranged or stupid, they are relieved at a leader who is finally upbeat and hopeful, writes Alan Rusbridger

Yeah, having now slept on it properly, it is weird that no losing parties statement really reckons with why people might have chosen the Greens and instead they all chose to blame sectarianism. It does suggest that they still don't really recognise people who vote Green as, you know, real people.

We've had a Green MP for just over a day and there's already someone in the neighbourhood WhatsApp group complaining they haven't solved flytipping yet.

I think I can safely say that my support of trans rights is pretty fucking clear from my posting, and yet I'm on a good dozen or more so clearsky lists as a transphobe for arguing with dumbasses about issues that have nothing to do with trans rights.

I am not particularly upset about this; it's just a manifestation of social media insanity. People make up weird stories.

HMS Manchester - lost due to the actions of its leader, who the resulting court martial "negligently performed his duty" in deliberately scuttling it.

Don't know why that came to mind this morning...
