Something I’ve been quite quiet about is my recent diagnosis of RRMS (relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis). It’s been a long few months trying to get to the bottom of why I’ve been feeling so awful since November last year, but in April I found out. And today I started a blog about it.

I've decided to start something very close to my heart: a cat sanctuary called Sunny Whiskers.
I’ll be sharing little updates, ideas, and Oatie’s ongoing campaign to be CEO. If you’d like to follow this slow but loving journey, you’re very welcome.

In honour of pride month, I’d like to say how proud I am of all members of the LGBTQ+ community. We’re living in hostile times, and yet every one I meet or interact with is refusing to let their spirit be broken. I am especially proud of my wonderful wife for staying unapologetically herself 🖤🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Oatie isn’t really a morning cat… or a midafternoon cat. Or an evening one. Basically she really doesn’t appreciate being woken up at any time.

In my carefully conducted observations I have specified the types of Sky Nuggets.
🐦Sky nuggets: big ones, like birbs. Also general term.
🦋Dusty sky nuggets: butterflies.
🐝Spicy sky nuggets: bees, wasps etc. Inedible.
🪰Juicy sky nuggets: big flies.
🐞 Crunchy sky nuggets: beetles.

Remember: Cass is not peer-reviewed - and is therefore not “gold”, silver, bronze or even recycled plastic standard.

IMO it’s just pseudoscience.

There are now at least five damming, peer-reviewed critiques of Cass; all automatically of a higher standard, with at least two more in peer-review.

We certainly think we hit the jackpot with her! If we weren’t in a rented place we’d probably have a fair few more cats, unfortunately we can really only have the one here. I envy people with a house full of them!
