So it goes without saying, but let's say it anyway: the concentration of attacks on trans people isn't because trans people are the only people fascists hate (although they absolutely do hate them). It's because they're the people they think non-fascists are least likely to defend.

People tell me to be safe while biking, and while I appreciate it, what I'd really appreciate is people going a step further and pondering *why* they think biking is unsafe. Because then they'd have to grapple with the fact that we've designed our society to make biking "dangerous" for many people.

This is your regular reminder that capitalism doesn't function without exploitation. The only way a company makes money is to pay employees less than the value of the product/service that results from their labor.
The presence of exploitation is not in question, only how drastic the exploitation is.
