I don't think that's disruption - to me in FaB disruption is anything that denies a player choices with their cards in hand/arsenal (on-hits, discards, hand rips)

If you're interacting with your opponent in a way that doesn't affect their plan with their current cards that's not disruption to me?

Agreed - Yu-Gi-Oh is the quintessential 1 turn combo game but those combos still reward many good decisions within a single turn

In Yu-Gi-Oh the main issue is when one player doesn't draw the means to interact in that compressed space and gets blown out which is similar to getting turbo-kano'd
