Yep, completely agree. The only time I get called to Ashord is if the customs agent or more often than not HMRC have made a cock up of a customs declaration.

Sorry Michelle, just re read what I wrote, looks a bit carry on blackbird.

I think the birds think there is another blackbird there, and being territorial they want it out of their patch. it makes a real mess of the glass, we had new windows recently and my wife likes them kept clean.

By the time my small business has exported an order DDP to the EU using a van via a ferry the customs agents charges alone on either side of the channel come to over £200. Let alone the time going to Ashord for a T1, and the French customs clearance..it's bonkers!
