i would guess you're familiar with package management already, but if not, take a look at npm (node package manager), it's an essential utility for javascript projects. other things exist but broadly they don't make sense for solo projects

if you only need a static site, Netlify hosts for free!

you'll also likely want a front-end framework; React is the most popular, but I like Vue. vue hasn't got a single de-facto tutorial but its own documentation is pretty solid

you'll probably want a component library (pre-made bits like inputs or display tables); Vuetify for Vue, Bootstrap for React.
