Why is SCOTUS even taking this up? It is a travesty to our justice system and a mockery of our constitution.

Wouldn’t the tariff money go to the people who paid the tariff? In this case either the American people or the companies who “ate” the tariffs for a period of time? For that reason I seriously doubt they will make him give the money back. They will make up a new doctrine so he doesn’t have to.
