Full finger gloves (light insulation or lobster claw depending on the level of cold) and a fleece headband to keep the ears warm are my must haves. Neck gaiter/balaclava after that

Colorado State Sen. Janet Buckner to resign Buckner, who just won reelection unopposed said she wants to focus on her family, and helping other Black women get into politics.

About a third of #Colorado legislators initially landed their seats via vacancy committee appointment. Doesn't feel like a great system, but special elections are costly and gubernatorial appointments are an even less democratic option.

The IRS is sending out more than 125,000 notices to individuals who made $400,000 or more and failed to file returns between 2017 and 2021.

It's estimated that the richest Americans are dodging $150 billion worth of taxes every year.

This is why IRS funding is a good thing.

Opinion | Many Americans Believe the Economy Is Rigged The economy is driven by greed and shot with uncertainty. Thatโ€™s what Americans said in more than 30 small-group discussions in the past two years.

Honestly surprised that this article didn't talk more about the greed part of the equation after they opened with "Americans...believe the rich and powerful have designed the economy to benefit themselves and have left others with too little or with nothing at all." #wealthinequality @nytimes.com
