It's all about starting somewhere! Every big goal has a starting point.
Making it your own is part of the fun! You can always remodel and upgrade later.
Equity can help down the road. Owning a home for a while can build equity, which helps when you want to move to a bigger place.
Do you really need all the fancy stuff right away?
Does it need to be super huge or have a gourmet kitchen?
Do you really need a 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom, or mansion right out of the gate?
Housing costs are up since I launched Level Up in 2017, but that doesn't mean it's automatically out of reach for you.
Maybe you need to adjust your expectations. That first house doesn't need to have everything you want. 🤯

If you had no clue that taxes were due today. Make sure you submit for an extension to avoid late filing fees. If you end up owing, late payment and interest will still accrue. 😱

When you add your RSUs to all of your taxable income, what bracket you fall in is where you will be paying your marginal taxes on your RSUs.
If you cross into a new tax bracket, you'll pay some at the lower rate and the rest at the higher rate.
RSUs similar to your bonuses and commissions will normally have taxes withheld at the Federal Supplemental Wage rate of 22%
BUT.... that may not be the correct tax withholding
It is your marginal tax rate, the tax bracket that your RSUs that fall into that will be your tax rate
