Great story, thanks, not sure how I missed it. Beavers also absolutely decimated trees along the east bank of the Lincoln Park North Pond, years ago. Not sure if they were killed or relocated but they were not welcomed there, either ☹️

I don’t remember seeing Robert’s story but they seem to protect the beavers at the Nature BW, have even put up fencing at one time (blocking human pedestrian access lol) to give them free passage to a wooded area
