Thanks Steve for inviting me onto the podcast. It was interesting to chat about the up- and down-sides of using the law in campaigns.

The law is a powerful tool for climate campaigners – but it's also expensive and there are no guarantees of success.

I've written to the Prime Minister and relevant Secretaries of State asking them NOT to implement two of its recommendations.

In 2024, we had a big win in the Supreme Court over the climate impact of coal, oil & gas.

20 months on, it’s has had a huge impact, in the UK and beyond.

But it’s about to face a test. Will the govt re-approve Rosebank?

Will Ed Miliband approve oilfields he once called β€˜vandalism’? Jackdaw and Rosebank have spent years in legal limbo β€” but the push for economic growth could prove irresistible

Nice of the Sunday Times to ask my opinion on this hot topic.

I am quite sure Miliband will not want Rosebank approved on his watch. We now know it could generate 254 million tonnes of greenhouse gases. The idea this will not cause significant harm is laughable.
