White supremacists use a familiar narrative pattern, then seek a trigger to inspire action. It’s in their literature, and unfolds in reality after every tragedy. Right now, the trigger is being pulled, and it’s transparent.

Active Clubs claim to be decentralized, yet there are specific by laws and protocols active clubs need to follow. These by laws have to be enforced and monitored.

They use lots of imagery and videos, which are not assessed. This creates a medium confidence level on scoring.

The Active Club assessment is an object way to evaluate the long term public communication of a club. Active Club France is one of the oldest Active Clubs in Europe. Their behavior has been largely stable over several years. Spikes in scoring have been due to increased network messaging.
