I actually do agree with the response to that that NYC politics are deeply international, but for the campaign it makes sense to focus domestically. Regardless, having a Zionist in, say, the sanitation department wouldn’t be consequential. And I’d say the same about other problematic beliefs too tbh

I don’t decry anyone who agitates to push a politician on this issue, even if it’s not a “fair” critique, but I think even those people should wait for a more apt moment before unloading. He barely said anything new of substance, you’re getting mad at a fortune cookie.
