Transcript: Where am I? I'm in Huntsville, Alabama. Why is Huntsville signed this way? Huntsville is known for rocket production and for NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center, where they work with the International Space Station (ISS). (1/4)

Astronauts return from the International Space Station (ISS) having aged less than they would have on Earth. (2/4)

Because of "relative velocity time dilation", the high-speeds that astronauts aboard the ISS are traveling mean that time slows down for them relative to people on the surface of the Earth. (3/4)

It’s not a failsafe anti-aging trick though: after 6 months on the ISS, astronauts are only 0.005 seconds younger than the rest of us. Very interesting! (4/4)
