Good for them. They can call them what they like it's still a Full Moon.

Blood moon lunar eclipse lights up skies around the world The full Worm Moon coincides with a full lunar eclipse creating a 'Blood Moon', as Simon King explains.

Full Worm and Blood Moon shines in night sky. This naming business is getting ridiculous. ๐Ÿ”ญ ๐Ÿงช www.bbc.co.uk/weather/arti...

Well the clouds did eventually clear again, but as I didn't set up the Eq mount, this is the best I could manage, with the limb cut off due to it drifting across the eyepiece field. #lunareclipse ๐Ÿ”ญ #astrophotograohy

A photo of... a magma ocean?! Not quite, because that would be a really difficult picture to take since we do not have any on hand. Instead, this is a photo that was taken in the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, in May 1954 during the eruption of the Kilauea Volcano. The floor is literally lava, blackened and fragmented with what appears to be whirlpools of red and yellow lava in their centres. Close enough? Credit: Photo by J. P. Eaton, May 31, 1954
