This incredibly wholesome moment happened today when this lovely Japanese lady approached, holding a warm smile and taking interest in our tea ceremony. An exchange of thoughts on tea followed. When she walked away I felt tears of joy🥹

It's been a while since Nova and I had tea together, so of course we hiked up a mountain at 6am. It was rainy. And windy. And cold. But all was forgotten once we held our first bowl of tea, took a sip and felt the warmth radiate through body and mind. This moment was transcendent. #natureformel
