I don't always play EU roms but when I do it's because the person who made the achievement set on retro achievements didn't use the superior higher frame rate american rom.

I've said this before. Xbox doesn't have exclusives, there isn't a reason to have one over a PC. But now the gamepass is 30 bucks. I could just save that 30 and own the new game in two months. I canceled when it was raised to $20. Xbox's future is software, they're the new sega.

Comment asking me to do reviews for various windows emulators and the automatic responses youtube suggests are "I don't think I'm going to review those, but thanks for the suggestion" and "Sounds interesting but I'll stick to actual retro handhelds for now".

Even the AI responses are like "...I'm good".

I probably never got into sega because I don't like arcade games. If they put out more than 3 rpgs a system maybe I'd have gotten a dreamcast as a kid.

Cave Story is 21 in December. It's a retro game.

I don't play live service games because they're all slot machines now. Well, that's unfair to slot machines. At least Slot machines give you money back once in a while.

Every gaming podcast seems to name itself based off of a game mechanic. So I'm naming my podcast Leudonarrative Dissonance.

Still doesn't read discs and still the light flashes as if the disc tray isn't all the way in.

I got some replacement conveyor belts in for my xbox original. If it doesn't fix it, I'm at a loss. I don't know what else I can do. Half of my xbox games will either be unplayable or play at a low framerate on a 360. So I'll have to wait for emulation to get better for play my games.

Lan parties are still possible. You just choose not to do them anymore.

Sd Card companies, I buy 50 sd cards a year. Can you please make a micro sd card pack that DOESNT have an adapter in it. Please?

I'm talking about the warriors franchise like dynasty, samurai, and orochi. Monster hunter has a lot that I'd be down for but old monster hunter is tedious as hell. No bro, I don't want to cook meat for 30 minutes so I have enough for the next few days of play.

Turns out my favorite series have the most achievements and points on retroachievements. You may see me in the top 10% before long.

I think if everyone stopped buying anything except groceries we'd see some serious drastic change.

After all of that it still doesn't read discs. I'm going to have to play games on the 360 and settle with less games working.

Me after 4 hours of trying to get Blinx to run on my Xbox that required a tear down and cleaning so I can get a single ten minute video: I have my reasons.

DAPs are a bit hard to cover, I'm not an audiophile and I don't have the money for them. The majority of daps cost as much as an android handheld or more than a game console.

I think I got her exactly what she wanted because she had a bunch of questions and I kept saying "Yeah it does that but also this". It's surprising how good it is for just 60 bucks.

I think she knew she was going to eventually get an MP3 player. I don't think she thought it was going to be one like the snowsky though. It's a little better than an ipod but also has 4.4mm headphone jack and can be a dac making pc stuff sound better too.

Got the wife a DAP. A snowsky echo mini. I filled it up with music I know she listens to. It's not android based but to me that defeats the purpose of having a dap. She put her headphones on and blasted Picayune Dreams soundtrack and shouted "This is good!"

Top 20% of retroachievements is where it starts to get a little more competitive I guess. I only earned a handful of achievements then woke up back where I was yesterday.

Been playing with the steamdeck for the first time. I do not like the controls, or the grip. My left hand hurts. The stick is in an awkward spot and requires reaching. The d pad is isn't great. The face buttons are good. Everything else is in good spots. Haven't messed with track pads at all.

I'd order through Amazon in the future. But if the handheld is coming out of my pocket I think it's important that I talk about the consumer experience.

I was asked if I actually use retroachievements. I'm in the top 20% on hardcore. That's not super high, but yeah I use it a bit.

Weird thing I just noticed about my YouTube. In studio when organized by "Highest Views" or "Lowest Views" it incorrectly organizes them. It'll be descending from from 4500 views down to 300 and then a few random videos in the thousands. I've never seen this happen before with my big channel.

How do people stand waiting 2 weeks for shipping from China. It's been 9 days since I ordered and I'm wasting away from anticipation.

If you've ever wondered why I release so many videos back to back. It's because if I didn't I'd have enough videos to release over the whole next year. That might sound good, like I can take a big vacation. But I want to make videos. So I release them the moment they're ready.

If you liked my video on the RG28XX, there is another similar system called the Miyoo A30 Mini it's cheaper on Amazon right now. So faster delivery and cheaper. It also has wifi unlike the 28.
