The sheer difference between me drawing my OCs and me drawing someone else’s characters can be genuinely staggering. In the end I guess people prefer what’s familiar over what’s “new” and they like being “provided” something by a creator.

Ashamed to admit it has caught me off guard at least once 😭

whenever i stop drawing it's either cause i'm preoccupied with life (can't be helped) or because i feel too inept as an artist.

when it happens, i have to come to terms with the fact that only through drawing more may i at least try to fix what i perceive as problematic in my technique/style

Mavi and Vianda! The scene on the right is them playing some take on baseball. Vianda doesn't know that Mavi's magic explodes and I am afraid this catgirl will find out the hard way.

Even more doodles featuring Vianda (catgirl!) This time she's with Astu (right) and Bstu (left). Astu and Bstu are absolutely NOT the same mascot representative character. Definitely not. On a side note... I literally never draw Astu? Isn't that weird since his face is the first impression anyone has of me?

I pride myself a lot on my designs! I think they’re really recognizable but I may be biased…

As for struggles, I have a hard time with details. The silver lining is that it sorta prevents me from getting too over-complicated with my designs, but it’s still a limiting factor for me.

Delta (idiot hair blue jacket), Nyuki (catgirl green cloak), and Yoo the Crustaceomancer (self explanatory) doodled crudely.
