What theyโ€™re basically saying is that Starmer and the UK isnโ€™t allowed to operate an even moderately independent foreign policy outside of the United States. That is both ahistoric, wrong and weird for people who constantly tell us how sovereignty is what matters most.

The Green Party have the values my father had when he came out of World War Two . And he always said the people deserve housing , free Health Service , etc . After all it was the ordinary man who saved this Country from Fascism.Families losing loved ones . Reform is a fascist party , God help us !

The choice is stark. Reform are the party of foreign wars and high bills.

The Greens want de-escalation and energy security through renewables. Solar and wind prices don't fluctuate when rogue US presidents launch illegal bombing campaigns.

This IPSO adjudication against the Telegraph is quite something

Confirms their story titled: โ€˜We earn ยฃ345k, but soaring private school fees mean we canโ€™t go on five holidaysโ€™ was completely fabricated, with the family involved non-existent and stock pictures used

We need the government to decouple electricity prices from the the marginal price of gas generation, which usually sets the price we pay. It's madness that our prices shoot up when we're adding more cheap renewables, but the price is set by the international market price of gas.

If Isabel Oakeshott is thinking about fleeing Dubai, I hope she stops in the first safe country.

The fact that Isabel Oakeshott, economic migrant to the UAE may just turn into a refugee fleeing to the UK from a war zone will cause a level of schadenfreude in me that may just make me topple right over.

In days, two exposes of Nigel Farage:

โ–ช๏ธReform UK loses? Blame Muslims and the unemployed. Canโ€™t win voters, change who gets to vote.
โ–ช๏ธDonald Trump launches an illegal war in Iran? Farage shrugs: โ€œInternational law is whatever we want it to beโ€.

Reform are in denial about why they lost by 12% in Gorton & Denton (60% white, 80% UK-born) after losing by 11% in Caerphilly (98% white, 98% UK-born) to Plaid Cyrmu

Both seats unusual in seeing more people vote than at last Welsh Senedd/last GE: more voters turned out to stop Reform than supoort

Nigel Farage lied multiple times at his press conference today - including saying no-one who voted Green in Gorton and Denton has a job and he's "certain" Reform won most British born voters in the by-election, based on zero evidence, and yet not a single journalist there pushed back on them

All Europeans will pay the price for their leaders' reaction to the ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ attack on Iran this weekend.

European leaders (all except Pedro Sanchez) have now accepted the end of international law.

The consequences of this will be felt not for weeks, not for years, but for decades

Christopher who?

In May, a party founded eight years ago, with no record in national government and only eight MPs, will fight elections in Wales and Scotland, and for control of councils across England, with every chance of winning many of them. British politics is being reshaped by Reform UK. This is a result of Nigel Farage's personality and of Christopher Harborne's money - ยฃ9m, from a fortune amassed largely through cryptocurrency investments. The party would not be able to field candidates, run social media operations or door-to-door campaigns if it weren't for the Harborne war chest. There is a template for crypto-funded campaigning - in the US, where it is viewed as having led to securing crypto-friendly legislation and sweetheart deals to enrich crypto charlatans and undermine transparency and accountability in politics.

Reform threatens to destroy the Conservatives as a party of government and divide communities, increasingly along ethnic lines and with overtly racist arguments. It also poses the most serious threat to Keir Starmer's government, Harborne lives in Thailand and owns a 12% stake in the Tether stablecoin. Little else is known about this intensely private man. Yet he can influence the course of politics, seemingly without either much of a business or life in the UK. It's a lot like overseas interference in British democracy.

Didn't someone once say: "Take back control"?
