Picking up the keys to my new flat today! Exciting and daunting, moving house can be such a pain.

My dust and hay-fever allergies are so frequent that my friends have stopped saying "bless you" and instead just count the sneezes to see if I break my previous record. My high score is currently 8 in a row.

People who think autism is "trendy" and "a superpower" need to stop because I ate an original pringle this morning, noticed it tasted different, went to the supermarket and saw there was ONE ingredient change, and cried.

A bad thing about being late-diagnosed autistic is that whenever I do something funny, my friends can't say, "You should mention that in your assessment" anymore.

I have had similar thoughts in the past when I was also realising I am aro/ace. I can't promise it'll get easier, but I hope you can reach peace with yourself and find other ways to connect. Romantic and sexual relationships are not all that's out there! 💛

After a lifetime of struggles and 3 years of referrals, forms, and assessments, I have officially been diagnosed as autistic. I'm sure many friends thought I was already diagnosed, and to others, this may be a surprise. I am relieved and a bit overwhelmed.

I'm five episodes into Severance and I am LOSING MY MIND.

In a fun turn of events, I managed to get my sister TWO vinyls she wanted! I gave away my Wombles vinyl to the woman behind me as mine was the last one, and she deserves it more.

Well. The vinyls my sister wanted are sold out. But I'm hoping I can still get The Wombles. 5 hours of queueing, I wanna die.

One hour to go until my local record store opens. I'm like 30th in the queue and I got here at 4:45am. I'm really looking forward to the Gregg's breakfast I'm getting after this.
