Woke up super early from jet lag (from Ohio, the least glamorous jet lag) which would have been great if I hadn’t stayed up late reading to “beat the jet lag.” Now I’m just sleep-deprived. Last night me was so idiotic.

I was a PMF in 1993, (then PMI). I had the most interesting career in public service at the State Department because of their program. This is such a shame.

Just read a book I thought I was going to love that was so mid I am rereading a CM Nascosta fave for a reset before moving on.

On a visit to one of our elementary schools today a kindergartner caught me blowing my nose and called me over to tell me in a comforting tone that “old people blow their noses a lot and it’s ok.” 👵🏻

Going to a long-delayed dr appointment tomorrow (I’m fine) that involved digging through old files and reliving worst medical years of my life since the electronic versions never got sent. Wheee.
