In addition for every other valid reason not to get ChatGPT to do your journal peer reviews for you I heard today the argument that once you load an article into the programme it will become part of the training data set and you are thereby complicit in violating the author’s copyright.

I get why people are upset about this, but it shouldn’t be left to profit making companies to do this. Imagine if the “return on investment” was more healthy humans and not just more money for already rich people.

I'd like to say I do all my sequencing with p33, but I'm quite glad to say that ship has sailed.

I had a recurring SNP in one of my first cloning projects. My boss insisted it was a sequencing error caused by new fangled floursent ddNTP Sanger seq. Checked with p33 and it was fine.
