This GOOD BOY ran onto the course during the Women’s Cross-Country Skiing Team Sprint event, crossing the finish line and being automatically recorded by OMEGA’s photofinish camera πŸ˜†

A bronze medal for Piper Gilles and Paul Poirier, the first medal for Canada in Ice Dance since 2018. Congrats to P&P!!

Canada's Piper Gilles and Paul Poirier are currently in first place in Ice Dance Free Dance!.. With only two teams left to skate, USA's Chock and Bates and France's Fournier Beaudry and Cizeron .... so we're guaranteed a medal but I hope it's gold

Now you're just trolling hahahaha

This would be such a fun problem to have to decide IRL because obviously there are great use cases for both.

I agree with Dufferin, because that bus line carries so many people and might relieve some of the pressure for people who are heading south east. Also, it looks on the east end you have it go to the beach? There absolutely should be a beach subway station, and I can't believe we don't have one

Norway's sweaters are the most wearable item of the Olympics to me. Here's Birk Ruud, he won ski slopstyle gold today, and here he is getting a hug from US skier Alex Hall, the gold medallist in Beijing

Really love watching the drone shots these Olympics, they barely keep up with the alpine skiiers and you really get a sense of how fast the short track speed skaters go...

I can't say I would've chose to race either, but I guess it's different when you've come back from so much and have done so much work to get there

Just came across the wires, Lindsey Vonn has had surgery on a left leg fracture after her crash in the women's downhill. What an awful outcome, would have loved to see her ski uninjured and make the podium.

time and time again, MAGA Republicans are more excited to target and root against American athletes who have spoken out against them (or, in this case, merely expressed ambivalence) than they actually are to celebrate winning American athletes

There are the Olympics on right now, but what's even more incredible is that the Eglinton LRT is finally opening, 15 years after construction began, and I'm so here for this play by play. Honestly wondered if this day would ever arrive.

A real cool thing I have been enjoying is the children watching their parents, mothers especially, compete at the Olympics. Canadian curler Jocelyn Peterman's son Luke (with her husband and curling partner Brett Gallant) and speed skater Francesca Lollobrigida's son Tommaso, watching her win gold
