no, app is like living organism in comparison to movie. every great app today will be broken if not changed. movie? you will be able to watch today and later. even 10M viewers at same time? movie will be the same. app? it would be drastically different 1 vs 10M active users.

Some users said otelic.com was loading a bit slow. Moved it from Caddy setup to S3 + AWS CDN. Speed should be increased 4x now for some users 🎉 How quick does it load for you now? 👀 otelic.com is it snappy fast?

on focus/blur layout shifts, it should not. it's visual noise from UX perspective.

left macbook air outside and was doing really well for ±2h straight with r1, i have -8C outside now, i took it back home slightly warm. So only issue with it is cooling really.

Ok, deepseek-r1 8B is capable, but in comparison to llama3.2 8B eating way more resources. Fun though it can still run on macbook air m1 16gb 😅
