UPDATE: We cleaned up for contractors and found a smoke detector we had disconnected a few months ago 🤦‍♀️ This is a life lesson that when something seems like a dumb problem it probably has a dumb solution!

We’ve spent at least 2 hours standing underneath all our smoke detectors to confirm at this point and none of our neighbors have a smoke detector in their laundry room so I feel like I’m losing my mind 😂

We came home last night to a smoke alarm chirping - no big deal we thought! Then we realized it wasn’t coming from any of our smoke alarms…

Current thought is that the built in the previous owners installed in the laundry room (5+ years ago) has a smoke detector behind it. Send help for my sanity.

My nails are the longest they’ve been in a while and I think they look nice but I feel like a dog wearing boots whenever doing something that requires fine motor skills.
