I just finished it! I loved it! Kudos to my son for the recommendation. (His other winning recommendation was Outer Wilds, if you're looking for a new one).

I have had a couple families now tell me they are "weary" of vaccines. I think it's just a mangling of "wary" and "leery"-- but maybe there's a deeper meaning there, "weary" is not a bad description of how *I* feel about all these vaccine conversations.

My children remain horrified that my personal video gaming rennaisance has proceeded on just a laptop and trackpad, but I just beat all 3 Mass Effect games on Insanity mode, so-- luddite gaming, for the win!

Well for one thing it looks like thread replies are displayed bottom to top, rather than top to bottom.

I had a post composed testing the waters for whether I could make Bluesky a Facebook substitute for connecting friends, and couldnt post it, because it was over the character limit. I love you guys, but this isn't going to work. This is just people shouting out thoughts and the last thing they read.
