We're sad that #GraniteNoir is over for another year but we loved having some of the events on campus, and we always have relevant reading available in the library to keep us going until Aberdeen Performing Arts announce next year's programme!

Happy New Year! Lovely to get back to the usual routines, but also a new year gives a chance for new beginnings so we've chosen some books which could help us achieve such goals

Stay safe and warm this weekend - hopefully we can reopen the Library at our usual time of 8am on Monday.

After this week's weather we promise nothing more than trying our best though!

Intention is to reopen the Library on Monday, but we remain available online in the meantime so please email if we can help with anything!

Santa has been!! Following student feedback we have managed to get some more adjustable chairs, there are now 6 on each library floor. If you need help using them please just ask the team, as with anything!

Festive closing - the library closes at 4pm on Monday 22nd December 2025 and will reopen at 8am on Monday 5th January 2026.
