Thanks! There’s so much more I wanted to include but wouldn’t fit. Seeing some people making huge ‘investments’ in the cards feels so alien to me. The scale of it all is crazy. I enjoy casual collecting and playing, and if it weren’t for my local card shop limiting things I would have given up!

The cool thing about Magic the Gathering is how it uses the mechanics to tell the story of a card. Final Fantasy is also a series invested in developing a narrative through mechanics. The Spider-Man set is “what if Spider-Man was here”

Played the prerelease for the Spider-Man MTG set and managed to place 10th out of 30. Also got a mythic as my promo card and pulled the amazing meme card from one of my prize packs 🤩

I had a very small part in helping with Artic Awakening - it’s so cool to see my name in the credits! I can’t wait to play it again, it has such an amazing sense of place!
