yeah it's definitely going to cause operational problems for RTD and Amtrak down the line, especially if the Amtrak Front Range Corridor comes to fruition. I don't see how a train could run through Union Station without backing in like the California Zephyr does currently.

was Union Station always a stub end terminal? it looks like it could have been configured to allow trains to go through and it's a shame that wasn't part of the rebuild
