We were very lucky to persuade him to come to Norfolk. He is a PL level manager/coach who took a chance with us 2nd from bottom of the Champ in a right hole. Remarkable he's got us out of that in 3 months but yesterday was a stretch too far for now.

Clement is charged with a young and inexperienced squad currently depleted by injury.
Confident he can get us through to the summer for a re-build and a strong push for a top 8 (now) play-off spot next season.
