It does. And i don’t mean to suggest that particular individuals are inherently lazy; rather that, as a species, we will take shortcuts and the easier path more often than not, which surely is something that evolution has ingrained in us to some degree as a survival mechanism.

In some way I suppose they must raise some awareness of the issues they’re addressing but making every employee watch 9 hours of video for something that could be accomplished with a simple meeting seems massively inefficient and a huge waste of of each person’s time.
