Responding only to your last sentence, not to the whole thread: white women have majority-voted for Trump every single time he was on the ballot. Twice it meant voting against a woman.
In that specific regard, the term "white men" seems to be an unnecessary restriction of "white people", doesn't it
βWe cannot say that the United Statesβ actions are against international law, but we condemn Iranβs retaliatory actions as against international law,β is neither a coherent nor a compelling position.

Corruption in England's water industry and its regulation
2,778 serious pollution incidents reported in 2024.
Officials downgraded 2,735 (98%) to minor incidents.
Only 496 attended before downgrading; the rest were deemed minor.
Regulators collude with industry, inflicting harms to people.
Israel has every right to defend itself against Iranian school girls

Wow, you're saying it like white people never majority-voted for a dem presidential candidate. But they did, of course they did, let's just take this last time it happened which was in...*checks notes*

β¦ equally ignorant angry constituents. I would agree that at the broad scale there is a desire to solve the problems of Brexit without solving the problem of Brexit itself. European relations should be one of the main training/CPD courses for MPs so they are better informed

If the US is at war and under attack, will NATO invoke Article V? Seems pretty clear that it should be in case of war. Perhaps this explains Canada PMβs statement of support?
But this is also not a legal war according to domestic or international law so what are NATO alliesβ legal obligations?

Sectarian.
The sheer contempt and entitlement in that word.
Thousands of Muslim voters just voted for a white, (I think) working class non-Muslim woman because they feel abandoned by Labour and agree with her views on a huge foreign policy issue and on immigration policy
If you ask the latest models to make comics, they're coherent, and often very well rendered, but what they lack is the couple dozen tiny little choices someone with real ability would make. It's like the opposite of a good art student who hasn't learned technical stuff yet.
27.02.2026 13:49 β π 43 π 3 π¬ 3 π 0It's kind of eye-opening when you pair this with the fact that the last presidential election in which a majority of white voters did not vote republican was apparently the one in 1964

It's not that there aren't great policies. There are- many.
But there are some absolute and completely alienating stinkers too. And by the way, the stinkers are grounded in a failure to effectively manage our relationship with the world and to be straight with the country about our reality.
