Today, after months of requests, I toured the Broadview ICE Processing Facility. I want to share what I saw.
The facility has no food vendor, no medical care, and detainees have to use toilets in the middle of shared cells. These are in no way suitable conditions to be holding anyone β period.
Trump wrongly indicted me. Iβll rightly impeach him.
Impeachment isnβt just an option, itβs a necessity. I know firsthand the lengths Trump is willing to go in order to silence dissent β but is it working?

BBC Civilisations last night - interesting enough to continue with, but a bit heavy-handed in stressing the contemporary relevance. Some of us prefer to think it out for themselves. Oh, also, why didn't Shakespeare write about the fall of Rome? Right up his street, surely.

President Putin is said to have been personally "impressed" by the ability of Nathan Gill, the disgraced former Reform UK politician, to persuade a string of British MEPs to appear on a pro-Kremlin television channel. This praise was alluded to in WhatsApp exchanges between Gill and Oleg Voloshyn an alleged Russian agent, who paid the former leader of Reform in Wales up to Β£40,000 in bribes Gill was jailed for more than ten years on Friday after admitting that he accepted the money to promote the Kremlin's agenda in the European parliament

In these moments, fear is contagious, but so is courage:
Remember: The oligarchs who control our economy and democracy seek to divide us so they can become more powerful.
They want us to turn on each other so we don't look up and see where all the wealth and power have gone.
Don't fall for it.
