You can only flip twice before you get back to where you were. It doesn't make you stare into the abyss and induce that feeling of having dropped your guts also along with the table.

I live fearlessly. I drop tables all the time. I gave up any access to production, so now I move like a shark, smoothly, deleting and dropping, locking rows for updating. Truncate is for the weak, the real OGs drop and create.

I get the point that's trying to be made here, but it's actually inaccurate. The *MAJORITY* of actual practitioners in the tech industry have a position that is neither of these, it's merely getting drowned out by these two loud positions. The most common belief in the tech industry is simple:
