Canadian researchers at McMaster University created an mRNA vaccine (same technology as COVID vaccines) that reprograms the immune system to tolerate peanuts, curing severe peanut allergies in 89% of patients after just four doses. What I am seeing is human replacement through attrition during tough financial times - particularly in academic institutions. Teaching assistants are going to be replaced by chatbots first. TA unions and the people paying tuition need to demand human educators as a non-negotiable right.
